Refund policy

30-day returns. Buyer-friendly. Personalized items excluded.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, email robert@dudegolf.co within 30 days of delivery. We'll process a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping in the US and Canada.

What can be returned:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed items in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged items at any time within the 30-day window

What cannot be returned:

  • Personalized items (engraved, monogrammed, custom photo) — unless defective
  • Made-to-order branded Dude Golf apparel (returns accepted only for defects/sizing errors)
  • Items marked Final Sale at checkout

Affiliate items (products sold via Amazon, Sunday Golf, Stitch, Vice, etc., where you're redirected to a third-party site to complete purchase) are governed by that retailer's return policy. Contact the retailer directly.

Refund processing: Once we receive your returned item (or confirm defect via photos), refund posts to original payment method within 5-10 business days.
