By accessing or using dudegolfcompany.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

1. Site operator. This site is operated by Dude Golf Company, a sub-brand of 14412851 Canada Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of Canada. Contact: robert@dudegolf.co.

2. Products. We sell physical and digital goods directly, source curated items from suppliers, and link to third-party retailers via affiliate programs. Each product page indicates which model applies.

3. Pricing and currency. Prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise noted. Prices may change without notice. Sale prices apply only during stated promotional periods.

4. Affiliate disclosures. Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click through and purchase, we may earn a commission. This does not affect your purchase price. We only feature products we'd recommend independently.

5. Personalization. Custom orders (engraved, monogrammed, or otherwise personalized) cannot be cancelled or refunded once production begins (typically 12 hours after order). Review your customization carefully at checkout.

6. Intellectual property. All site content, branding, product photography, and copy is owned by Dude Golf Company or licensed for use. Don't copy it without written permission.

7. Disclaimer. Products are sold "as is." We make no implied warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use, including but not limited to claims of "this didn't fix my slice."

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada, and applicable Canadian federal laws.

9. Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
