Shipping policy

We ship to the US and Canada. International shipping available on most items at checkout.

Standard shipping times:

  • US/Canada: 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-21 business days
  • Personalized items: add 3-5 business days for production

Shipping costs:

  • Free standard shipping on US/Canada orders over $35
  • Orders under $35: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • International shipping: calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes may apply at delivery and are the buyer's responsibility.

Holiday cutoffs:

  • Father's Day 2026: order by June 15 (June 8 for personalized items)
  • Christmas 2026: cutoffs published in November

Tracking: Tracking number emailed when your order ships.

Lost or delayed shipments: If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, email shipping@dudegolfcompany.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate or replace.

Address accuracy: Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We'll re-ship at our cost for carrier errors; re-shipping for buyer-entered address errors is at the buyer's cost.

Fulfillment partners. Dude Golf Company is a curator-first shop. We design and stock two products in-house β€” the original Golf Cheat Sheets and Golf Cheat Sheets Yardage β€” and we source the rest from trusted partners. Different items ship from different partners:

  • Branded Dude Golf apparel (hats, shirts, hoodies) is print-on-demand via Printful, shipped from US fulfillment centers. Add 2–5 business days for production before the shipping window starts.
  • Curated accessories and gifts are sourced via fulfillment partners partners. Most ship from US warehouses; processing times noted on each product page.
  • Affiliate items (where you're redirected to a third-party retailer like Amazon, Sunday Golf, Stitch, or Vice to complete purchase) are governed by that retailer's shipping policy, not ours.
  • Golf Cheat Sheets (Original and Yardage) ship directly from our printing partner; standard 5–10 business days to US and Canada.
